In memory of Joan Burstein

Our CEO Simon Burstein’s mother, Joan Burstein CBE, passed away peacefully on April 17th, 2026, surrounded by her family in Ibiza.


Only weeks before, she celebrated her 100th birthday dancing to a swing band, embracing life with the same joy and warmth that defined her throughout her journey, and which she so effortlessly shared with all those who had the privilege to know or encounter her.


She leaves behind a loving family and a legacy carried in the many lives she touched.


We remember her with deep affection and gratitude.
