Patou is a fashion house created by Jean Patou in 1914, it is a love story for women. Inventor of sportswear, Patou revolutionised fashion, creating clothes that enabled women to combine chic and casual with ease, developing sportswear as a legitimate part of an elegant woman’s wardrobe. After the Patou's passing, a long list of legendary designers have carried on the creative torch of the maison, such as Karl Lagerfeld and Jean Paul Gaultier. Currently the head designer is Guillaume Henry, whos desire is to dress real women. Inspired by couture, he aims the clothing to be accessible, joyful and polished but easy to wear.
