Founded in Italy in 2011 by Federico Corneli, Haikure takes its name from a fusion of the Japanese "haiku" — a poetic form defined by simplicity and a connection to nature — and the endings of the words nature, pure, and future. Backed by parent company C&S Jeans, an Italian manufacturer with roots dating back to 1981, Haikure combines decades of denim expertise with a genuinely sustainable approach — organic cotton, recycled fibres, and low-impact dyeing and washing techniques, all produced in Italy.
